About the piano

There is a sharp sign in front of the 4 note, which may be that the 4 in front of the same section has been restored, so it is added at the back to indicate recovery, so it is still played high by 4.

There are flat signs and sharp signs before the four tones. I've never seen anything like it. Is it a misprint? It is suggested to find different versions of the piano score to see if it is a printing problem.
