How to tie a skipping rope

1. Arrange the two hand-held ends of the skipping head side by side, and arrange the rope to the tail to form a V-shape. Turn back the skipping head.

2. Starting from the exit position of skipping rope, wrap the rope around the V-shaped position formed before.

3. Go around to the end and leave a remaining skipping head, insert it into the gap of V-shaped folding, and tidy it up.

4. This is the skipping rope before storage.

5. Rebound the tightened skipping rope in a spiral shape, and the inserted skipping head can be taken out after opening.
