Chocolate BearBiscuit

Composition:

60g of butter, 40g of white sugar (preferably powdered sugar), egg yolk 1, low powder100g, and 3g of cocoa powder.

Exercise:

After the butter softens at room temperature, add sugar and stir well.

Add egg yolk and stir well, then sift in low flour, stir with a scraper until no dry powder can be seen, take out 20 grams of dough, add cocoa powder and knead well.

3. Put two portions of dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

4. After taking out, make the dough into a 3 mm thick dough sheet, then knead the cocoa dough into dough of different sizes and distribute it on the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and flatten it with a flour stick.

5. Roll it up, mix it together and knead it into cocoa color.

6. Press out the bear shape with a die, preheat the oven for 10 minutes 180 degrees for about 25 minutes, and the surface will be yellowish.
