Pegasus is one of the northern constellations, located in the southwest of Andromeda and north of Aquarius. The most striking feature of Pegasus's star map is that its three stars α, β and γ form an almost square shape with Andromeda's α star, which is called "autumn quadrangle".

The myth and legend of flying horse
