What karma causes mental illness?

Personally, it is a kind of encephalopathy, alcoholism, unhealthy psychology and emotional collapse of frustration, which may lead to abnormal brain function, mostly manifested as victimization, delusion, irritability, sensitivity, paranoia and hallucination. I think the first thing to prevent mental illness is to improve one's personality, and the second is to learn convenient mental health knowledge.
