Is Lifan pedal 1 10 engine the same as Qiaoge?

Lifan pedal 1 10 is exactly the same as Georg I, with engine target 1 10 and price of 5980. I asked my boss what was going on, and he said it was produced by a newly established company of Zhuzhou Construction and Southern Yamaha, and showed me the certificate. It's produced by Zhuzhou Construction Co., Ltd. Does anyone know?
