First, measure the length and width of the foot.

1. Foot length: the horizontal distance between the vertical line contacted by the endpoint of the longest toe and the vertical line contacted by the heel protrusion.

2. Foot width: the projection of the circumference of the foot on the horizontal plane. It indicates the horizontal distance between two vertical lines that contact the joint of thumb and toe root, and the measurement conditions are the same as the foot length measurement.

3. The actual length of the foot is not only the symbol of China shoe size. For example, a foot length of 250 mm corresponds to a shoe size of 250. If the actual foot length is 253mm or 257mm, choose a shoe size of 255; If the actual foot length is 248mm or 252mm, choose a size 250 shoe.

1, the same length of feet, the fatter feet should be one size larger (it is recommended to choose shoes of one size larger), and the thinner feet should not be big.

2. If you wear two shoes of adjacent sizes, it is recommended to choose the bigger size, because if it is a little loose, you can add a pair of insoles or wear socks to solve it. It will be uncomfortable if it is too small. But usually only one size is worn most of the time, so it is recommended to buy a regular size.
