Bible Saul did not obey God's command. Where are the scriptures?

In 1 Samuel, from section 8 to section 14 of chapter 12, it is recorded that Saul disobeyed God's command and sacrificed according to his own will. Saul waited for seven days according to the date set by Samuel, but Samuel did not come to Gilgal, and the people dispersed from Saul. And Saul said, Bring me burnt offerings and peace offerings. Saul offered a burnt offering, and Samuel came just after offering the burnt offering. Saul went out to meet him and greeted him. Samuel said, What have you done? Saul said, because I saw the people scattered from me. You didn't come at the appointed time, and the Philistines gathered in Michmash. I said in my heart, I'm afraid I didn't pray to the Lord, and the Philistines came down to Kyrgyzstan to attack me, so I reluctantly offered a burnt offering. Samuel said to Saul, You have acted foolishly, and you have not kept the command that the LORD your God commanded you. If you keep the Lord, you will establish your throne in Israel forever. Now your throne will not last long. The Lord has chosen a man after his own heart and made him the ruler of the people, because you have not kept what the Lord commanded you.
