20 17 is a big turning point for me. Two things happened. One is that I jumped from a construction company to a real estate company, and the other is to join the "small stove group" in the learning community.

Before 20 17, I was like a big lazy pig, living in a comfortable environment, trying to do a lot of things, but doing nothing.

I thought I was ok in our small circle, but in the "small kitchen group", I felt a little ashamed, and ordinary couldn't be more ordinary. Every day, the assistant will send us daily morning reading and daily topics. After reading everyone's output, I have no confidence to write it down. I think it will be bad and will be laughed at by everyone. But in the next two days, what I was worried about didn't happen, but I felt unprecedented equality. Everyone will share knowledge, encourage and help each other, and we all grow up together in this group.

I am a little introverted, especially when I stood on the stage to speak before, I forgot all the manuscripts I had memorized, let alone started to speak, and I also got stage fright when communicating with people. I am embarrassed to express my thoughts in the group, and sometimes I feel embarrassed. If I were the old me, I would be a silent diver, but I dare to take the first step in the "small kitchen group".

Later, I entered the "Class Two" as I wished, and I was very happy. In a sense, we belong to a learning community. As long as you have dry goods, you can share them with everyone. In the real world, we always want to enter a good company, we can give full play to ourselves, we can meet many great people and show our talents. However, in real life, it is not easy for us to have such an opportunity. Without contacts, good eloquence and enough achievements, we are not allowed to go onto the stage to express ourselves easily. With these, we can express our views and ideas on the company platform.

But in our community, we can realize this, share it with you and make progress with you. I also have the opportunity to express my ideas, sell myself and show my talents in front of so many friends from all corners of the country in the group. For those who have the strength, this is a good platform.

I stayed in the group of 10 for a few days, and everyone in the group performed well. There are people out there, and there are always people better than you in this world. I'm still not good enough. I want everyone to study in the group all the time, and I have said so many words, "If you don't do it, you will have eggs." This is Uncle Cat's instruction. However, after I joined the club, I insisted on getting up early for almost 20 days, began to read books every day, developed reading habits, started writing, and began to study.
