Summary of the story of the Black Witch College

Chiyoko (voiced by Orikasa Fumiko) is a fanatical supernatural pink blackbird. When she was helping her classmates with love divination, she accidentally recruited the black witch Cupid (voiced by Romeo Parker). Cupid claims that Chiyoko can only return to the underworld if she is trained as a qualified witch. So no matter how Chiyoko refused, she had to practice hard under the orders of Lord Cupid.
