Guiguzi, his talent is unparalleled so far. Who did he learn from?

Gui Guzi was a mysterious thinker and educator in China during the Spring and Autumn Period. Many theories of Guiguzi have had a far-reaching impact on people so far, so people are also curious about who Guiguzi's teacher is. Laozi is the most talked about teacher of Guiguzi, but Guiguzi was born 70 years after his death, so I don't think the concept that Guiguzi learned from Laozi is valid. I don't think there is a clear teacher for the generation of Guiguzi's thought, because the Spring and Autumn Period was a chaotic stage, during which a lot of thoughts were born.

First, does an idea have to have a teacher? We can find that there were many thinkers and philosophers in ancient times, but few in modern society. However, books like Laozi's Tao Te Ching, which appeared in ancient times, lasted for a long time and still influenced people's ideas. So how did these ideas come about? I think it is because the productivity of ancient society is relatively backward, so human beings can fully contact with nature, and people have less social pressure, so they have more free time to think about the world. The Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period are the transitional stages from slave society to feudal society, so there are many sparks of thought.

Secondly, Gui Guzi's thought covers a wide range of fields, not only in the military and economic aspects of governing the country, but also he is very good at divination. It can be said that many people's ideas in later generations were inspired by Guiguzi. At the same time, he is also a great educator. His most outstanding disciples are Su Qin and Zhang Yi. During the Warring States Period, Su Qin persuaded the six countries to unite against the State of Qin with his golden words and jade words, and the scenery was infinite for a while. With her extraordinary strategy, Zhang Yi disintegrated the six-nation alliance, saved Qin from danger and made great contributions to Qin.

Third, Guiguzi's teacher summed it up. I don't think Guiguzi has a clear figure to learn from. We can say that Laozi's thoughts have had an influence on him, but it is more a set of thoughts that he summed up by traveling around the world, arguing with people and understanding nature. This idea is advanced in the history of our country and has far-reaching significance.
