Who wrote Zhouyi?

Zhouyi was written by Ji Chang. Ji Chang, (about 1 152- about 1056), surnamed Ji, was born in Qizhou (now Qishan County, Shaanxi Province). Founder of Zhou Dynasty, grandson of King Tai of Zhou Dynasty, son of Ji Li and father of Zhou Wuwang. Also known as Zhou Hou, Xibo and Ji Bo, Oracle Bone Inscriptions in Joo Won? was written by Zhou Fangbo. Originally a vassal state of Shang Dynasty, it was named Xibo.
