Understand three kinds of astrolabes and their historical background.

The broadest concept of "astrology" refers to all systems that arrange dishes and push fate based on the time of birth, such as the eight-character and the purple-micro-bucket number, which are called China astrology. They are based on five elements and virtual planets/gods, and have nothing to do with astronomy itself.

What we are talking about is zodiac astrology, that is, the numerology system that uses the planets, houses and degrees in the zodiac of the solar system at the moment of birth. Zodiac astrology has spread in many cultural systems around the world, such as Persian occupation, ancient Greek occupation, Indian occupation and western occupation.

Zodiac astrology uses three kinds of astrolabes. In the process of introducing their respective advantages and uses, this paper clearly shows that these three kinds of astrolabes are indispensable knowledge and skills that modern astrologers must master and skillfully use at the same time.

The first one is the South India disk or the square disk, which can show the orbits of planets like the West China disk. Its houses are arranged clockwise, and the diagonal lines in one house represent the rising constellation. It has three advantages:

1) means that the position of the zodiac is always fixed on the disk, and there is no need to display the zodiac signs on the disk. We can clearly see which house the planet is in. 2) We can clearly see the relationship between palace notes. Generally speaking, a palace will have an energy cycle relationship with the houses in front and on both sides with the four corners as the axis. It is widely used to judge the specific degree of good or ill luck of an event and the people affected by it. Notes are divided into planetary notes, palace notes and Tajika notes. Their importance is equivalent to Newton's law in physics, and they are one of the simplest, accurate, reliable and core concepts in astrology. 3) You can see the chakras intuitively: Cancer Palace and Lion Palace represent the brow chakras of the third eye, while the throat chakras are in Gemini and Virgo houses dominated by Mercury. The heart chakra is Taurus and Libra ruled by Venus. Umbilical chakra of Aries and Scorpio dominated by Mars. The reproductive wheel is Pisces and Sagittarius dominated by Jupiter, and the undersea wheel is Capricorn and Aquarius dominated by Saturn. These descriptions are very clear and intuitive on the disk, which is convenient for us to analyze some medical astrology.

The second type is the North India Plate or the Diamond Plate, which has two advantages:

1) is that the rising constellation is always placed in the most conspicuous place, that is, the east.

2) Sigong, 1, 4, 7, 10, or Jiaogong can always be seen together in the most intuitive way. There is a very simple skill in astrology: because the four corners represent our actions in self-improvement, wealth accumulation, gender relations and career development, the more planets there are in a certain corner, the greater the significance to this person.

The disadvantage of the diamond-shaped disk is that it is impossible to directly view the planetary note and the palace note.

The third type is the western disk or disk, which is characterized by the rising constellation always placed on the left side of the disk. One advantage is that reading Tahika's notes is a little more convenient, and the other is that reading planetary notes is more intuitive.

The so-called Tajika Note refers to the five kinds of relationships between the planets in one house and the planets in other houses in the Tajika astrological system handed down from Persia. Tajika system is mainly used to check the annual journey and the events that happened in that year, and its rules and applications will be detailed later.

Planetary notes are widely existing energy relations between different planets. Based on the field of vision, degree and the relationship between friends and enemies of planets, the degree of damage or help between planets is accurately calculated by numerical method. It is the core concept of Palaciola system, which is widely used in the prediction of various problems and accurate and meticulous psychological analysis. It is also introduced in detail later.

Historical background and integration of each system

In the 4th century BC, after Alexander the Great captured Persia and hit India, astrology of different cultures had many exchanges and influences. Ancient Greek astrologers learned a lot of Persian manuscripts. Persia and North India are the closest, and there is communication and integration in themselves. For example, Persian Tajika astrology is the best preserved in India. Persian astrology and Indian astrology are the ancestors of ancient Greek astrology.

Before the eighteenth century, the astrolabe used by western astrology or its predecessor, ancient Greek astrology, was very similar to that used by northern India. This picture is an astrolabe used by Kepler in the 16th century.

But since the eighteenth century, they have highly praised the planetary notes. Because of the need to see the planetary note more conveniently, they began to admire the disc. On this basis, they formally evolved into western astrology, and ancient Greek astrology was called classical astrology to show the difference.
