There is an ancient town of Luodai in Longquanyi District, Chengdu, Sichuan, and there is an ancient well outside Randeng Temple in the town. Legend has it that Liu Chan came to this small town and wanted to wash his hands, so he saw this well. So he untied the jade belt, but accidentally fell into the well and was busy ordering people to salvage it.

In a flash, the sky became bigger and the storm came. He didn't know why, so he called someone to do divination. Feng shui master said that this place is a treasure trove of feng shui, and salvage will make the sky change greatly. Jade belt is hard to catch. Since then, Liu Chan's jade belt has remained in this well, so this place was named "Luodai Town".
