Who is the most authoritative person in your family?

The most authoritative person in my family is my mother. Why is it mom and not dad? Because my father is in a small business and often runs outside, my mother is in charge of everything at home. My mother is in charge of both our education and the communication between relatives and friends. After a long time, my father didn't know how to deal with things at home except making money. Therefore, the mother who pays the most and is the most tired has become the most authoritative person in the family.
