This place varies from place to place. Generally speaking, the driver's license only requires the applicant to apply for standing guard at the local traffic police force after passing subjects 1 to 3. After standing guard is completed, they can make an appointment to take subject four. Some places have to stand guard after subject two, but they are generally designated as suburban driving schools and are not on guard.
