When was the Daoan administrative plan made? Is it Tang or Qing?

The administrative division of Tao originated in China.

Han: "Tao" began to appear, which was used exclusively in remote areas where ethnic minorities lived in compact communities, equivalent to counties.

Tang: The world was divided into ten roads, which became an administrative division at or above the county level, and then increased to twenty-three roads.

Liao: Following the old system of the Tang Dynasty, the first-level administrative division is still "Dao".

Yuan: The book province in the province has become a first-class administrative division. There is an administrative division unit in the province, and there is a road below.

Ming and Qing Dynasties: "Dao" became the general name of the provincial military region.

Republic of China: Provincial roads used to be divided into administrative divisions. It was planned to cancel provincial roads and divide the country into more than 70 roads, but this plan was not adopted and roads were cancelled.

Contemporary: North Korea and South Korea still use pottery, which is a first-class administrative region, equivalent to many countries' provinces, and its scope and scale are equivalent to China's regions/prefecture-level cities. Before the Meiji era in Japan, there were also "Dao" settings in various places, but at present, only Hokkaido is left, which is at the same level as prefectures and counties, and is customarily called "prefectures and counties".
