Do Tencent graduates have to be blocked?

Tencent will provide 10-day closed training for new graduates, with the aim of making them fully understand the company, helping them integrate into the new environment and enhancing their sense of identity.

10 day closed training usually includes two aspects:

1. Combine classroom learning with sports and adopt academic management mode to let newcomers feel the culture and history of the company and understand the contents of the system.

2. Go deep into the customer service center, face the feedback from users, and emphasize the concept of attaching importance to users to newcomers.
