Oracle Bone Inscriptions is also known as Oracle Bone Inscriptions and Wen Qi. Words on tortoise shells in Shang and Zhou Dynasties. Unearthed at the site of Yindu City in Xiaotun Village, Anyang, Henan Province, it was discovered only in 1899. The Shang and Zhou royal families often used tortoise shells and animal bones to predict good or bad luck, and carved divination words and related things on them.
