I don't understand. Monks can get out of the dust by studying various scriptures and chanting spells. Then we can go as well if we do that.

If you mention holding a spell, then this is not the original teaching of the Buddha. The Buddha has explicitly forbidden disciples to hold spells.

This is a pagan practice.

Wisdom is the most important thing to practice, although it can also be improved in secular life.

But think about it, is it easier for you to think in a clean environment or to get inner peace in a noisy place?

Becoming a monk is similar to an intensive class for exams. It is intensive training, of course, it is easier to achieve.
