The current situation of Zhang's full-time founder

On July 2017 14, Fujian villagers held the first litigation hearing on a Dutch statue for the first time. 20 18 12 12 The Amsterdam District Court of the Netherlands made a judgment and rejected the lawsuit of Fujian villagers in China claiming a Buddha statue from Dutch collectors, on the grounds that it was not clear whether the villagers' committee in China had the right to file a legal claim.

Our country is very disappointed with the Dutch ruling. Judging from the judgment, according to Chinese laws, the village Committee is not a special legal person. The definition of "special legal person" in China law came into effect on 20171kloc-0/,which was earlier than the qualification of "special legal person" previously stipulated, and was not recognized by the Netherlands.

However, villagers in our country filed a lawsuit in advance as early as 20 17 and 10, and legal experts in China and the Netherlands believe that this already has legal status.

At present, villagers in our country will also appeal the judgment of Zhang statue to further recover this cultural relic that has been respected in our country for thousands of years. It is hoped that the road to recovery will be no longer difficult, and the golden statue of Zhang Gong, the founder, will return to the motherland smoothly.

Zhang Gong was a cowherd when he was a child. Once, when he was herding cattle, he was enlightened by a fairy in a place called "Buddha Pavilion" and became a generation of monks. After Zhang Qisan converted to Buddhism, he made many friends, helped the poor, collected herbs by himself, and helped people in all directions for free. At that time, the plague was rampant, and the Yang Chunlin clan was able to survive and reproduce with the help of Zhang Gongzu.

After Zhang became a Buddha. Lin clan thanked him for his help and regarded him as a "pioneer benefactor", which was enshrined in the main hall of Zhaoputang, Lin ancestral hall in Yangchun Village, Wu Shan Township, Datian County, Fujian Province, and the memorial tablet of Lin ancestral hall was enshrined in Zuotang. Lin's clan has been passed down from generation to generation, educating future generations, being grateful and kind, living in harmony, being simple in people's feelings and shaping rural customs.

Li Qingshi, a bachelor of the Qing Dynasty, also wrote a plaque for the founder of Zhang Gong, which read "Initiating a Mountain to Benefit the Lord and Showing liu de as the Founder of Zhang Gong". But during the Cultural Revolution, this plaque was sold to Quanzhou. Now, the hall has been replaced by an LED electronic screen placed above the main hall, and the words "mountain, six springs, Zhang" have been printed.
