Where does Qin Shihuang worship heaven every year?

Mount Tai, the only one among the five mountains, stands on the great plain in the north of China. According to historical records, the first emperor to climb Mount Tai was Qin Shihuang. The two residual stones preserved in Daimiao Temple, nine and a half seal characters, were written by Li Si, the prime minister of Qin Dynasty, commonly known as Qin carved stones, and originally stood at Daiding.
