Since ancient times, there has been a saying that "it is not easy to talk at night", which means that you don't talk about Zhouyi at night. It is not because Zhouyi has the function of exorcising ghosts (of course, many people in later generations understand it this way), but because once we talk about Zhouyi, it will strongly stimulate the logical thinking ability and mathematical operation ability of promoters, which will make them more depressed and consume their brains, thus affecting their sleep at night. Therefore, people who usually think too much and can't relax in time personally feel that it is not suitable for learning Zhouyi for the time being. It is suggested to relax the right to read some simple Buddhist books first, and then study step by step after adjustment.
