Abe's life story is widely read in The Mirror and heian period's later Story of the Past and the Present. The Kamakura era appeared many times in the Tales of Uji, Tales of Ancient and Modern Works, Tales of Heiping Family and Rise and Fall of Yuanping.

During the Edo period, his anecdotes were recorded in Mysterious Stories and Lu Wudao's Great Self-examination.

In modern times, the legend of Yin and Abe Sunny has been pushed to the peak of fashion, represented by the series of novels of Yin by the famous Japanese fantasy novel master Baku Yumemakura.

The whirlwind of Yin and Yang teachers evolved from this has been fully spread in movies, comics, games, kabuki, language drops and other art forms, which makes Japanese people look at Abe Harumi as we look at Jiang Ziya, Zhuge Liang or Liu Bowen, with both respect and fear.

Series novels

Yin and series novels are fantasy novels based on Japanese folklore, with ancient and modern stories as the main line and two protagonists, Abe Harumi (Yin and) and Yuan (Samurai), as the center, launching a series of magical stories.

Baku Yumemakura built a unique cultural scene at that time with mysterious and classical writing without losing leisure, which made Abe beautiful.

Although Baku Yumemakura wrote about ghosts and gods, he thought about incantations, yin and yang and philosophical issues of life with a detached attitude, which went deep into human nature and had far-reaching implications, so he became an indispensable fresh material for film and animation adaptation.

Baku Yumemakura's novel The Master of Yin and Yang was published on 1988/08. Master Yin and Yang stole the mysterious image of pipa, the daughter of Gardenia, the master of Kurokawa, toad, ghost stories and Bai Ni.

April 2000: Yin was adapted from the Japanese classical art ballad Iron Wheel and Yin's short story Three-legged Iron Ring. The book is divided into Abe Harumi, Yuan, Sumo Club, Ghost Flute, Ugly Worship, Iron Wheel and Genji.

2003/ 10 Yin and Yang Teacher: Osamu Tezuka (picture book with Murakami) June 2005 Yin and Yang Teacher: Tie Lun (picture book with Murakami) adapted the traditional Japanese folk song Tie Lun, and the book Yin and Yang Companion was created by Baku Yumemakura in the 22nd session in June 2005, and was commissioned by the Japanese Martial Arts Association to perform in the music theater Ginza.
