The Relationship between Buddhism and the Book of Changes
I choose the theory of Yin and Yang to interpret the Heart Sutra. I have pointed out in Meditation on the Universe (1) that the Book of Changes is a heavenly book to decipher the mysteries of the universe, including exploring the mysteries of theology, Taoism and Buddhism. Yi-ology is extensive and profound, and this book will be applied to Yi-ology (universal philosophy), which is briefly described as follows:
There are two kinds of one thing, the yin instrument and the yang instrument pointed out in Taiji diagram. It can be divided into yin and yang, deficiency and excess, hidden manifestation, wave state and particle state. This will be the theoretical basis of the virtual, intangible, mysterious and infinite unknown things.
Second, Taiji Eight Diagrams imply that yin and yin combine to form life, and the quality of life is divided into high and low levels, and different time and space correspond to these different life levels. Life can be divided into yin and yang, and different levels of life are very different. Advanced life can be changed from visible to invisible. These are the theoretical bases on which Buddhism and its master, Buddha and Bodhisattva, can sense the highest laws of the universe and write scriptures.
The theory of three principles of yin and yang can form three laws of yin and yang, which is a basic law universally applicable to time and space.
The first law is not easy. That is to say, things are in a relatively stable stage in the initial stage of splitting into two, and the contradictory parties remain opposite but relatively stable and balanced. A new star, a seedling, a child ... until the general new things are in this "relatively stable" state. This season is called "Color World". The second law is the law of variation. In other words, the opposing sides within things can never be stable and balanced for a long time, and they are unstable and quantitative in the constant struggle of Yin and Yang. At this time, yin and yang rise and fall, one after another, you are strong and I am weak, and contradictions continue to develop. Many things are mostly at this stage. At this time, it is also in the contradiction between color and space.
The third law is the transaction law. That is, the alternating moment from quantitative change to qualitative change. When yin and yang alternate, the internal contradictions of the old things end, and a new beginning appears from the beginning, so that the new things enter a new stable period. The expression of this law in Heart Sutra is "color is empty, and empty is color", "color is empty, and empty is color".
Buddhism and the Heart Sutra just sum up the principle of "three laws" to deal with the relationship between man and nature and between people. We are also waiting to choose these philosophies to explore the mind and mind.
The theory of Yin and Yang is known as the philosophical principle of "putting it in the universe and making it accurate". Its key words are "Yang in Yin, Yang in Opposition, Yang in Prosperity and Yin in Decline, Yang in Decline, Yang in Decline and Yin in Prosperity, Yang in Length and Yin in Length, Extreme Change of Objects, Tai Chi Opening and Closing, Cycle by Cycle, Infinite Transformation of Yin and Yang".
If we change the word yin and yang into the word blank, it will be smooth:
"The sky is colored, the color is free, the color is reversed, the unity of opposites, the color is empty, the color is free, the color is empty, the things are extremely changeable, the world is open and closed, and the color space is constantly changing."
Here, the Book of Changes and the Heart Sutra are almost "consistent" and both express the supreme law of the universe.
The theory of Yin and Yang in Yijing has been widely recognized and applied in academic and scientific circles, especially in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. Why is the color space theory of Heart Sutra not accepted and applied so obviously and openly?
I think it may be because it is too close to religion, and the mysterious color of Buddhism is too strong. Its language "color" is easily misunderstood as color, and "emptiness" is easily misunderstood as "nothing". Moreover, the Heart Sutra itself emphasizes "self-cultivation", which is not easy to publicize. "A wise head makes a close mouth" and "I don't know the truth", so whoever has fate will practice enlightenment. Therefore, for thousands of years, it did not appear on the stage, but was deeply hidden in the sutra depository.
More importantly, it may be because civilized people attach importance to science and technology that they can get quick success and instant benefit. Only a few stupid scholars and stupid monks can understand it-of course, they can't fully understand its high taste for a while. Therefore, I have been studying since the Enlightenment, and I haven't spread it for a long time.
The most important thing is that "flowers can't bloom in time, and geese can't come in time." It is not yet ripe to promote Buddhism and Zen on a global scale!
In any case, the evaluation of the Heart Sutra is not too high-human understanding is still too low.
Second, the Book of Changes and the Heart Sutra compare their understanding of the universe. At present, the so-called matter known to mankind refers to the matter from photons, including electrons, mesons, neutrinos ... neutrons, protons and atoms, as well as the elements and molecular substances that make them up. The common feature of these substances is that they move at the speed of light. So, besides them, is there another substance whose speed can exceed the speed of light?
Let's take a look at how the theory of Yin and Yang understands the matter of the universe.
According to the Yin-Yang theory in the Book of Changes, everything in the universe has two contradictory aspects of Yin and Yang. From natural objects to living things, there is no place without the phenomenon of the unity of opposites between Yin and Yang.
According to this philosophy, if the familiar matter is called positive matter, there must be another opposite negative matter. In this way, Yin and Yang just constitute the material population of the universe.
When the Buddha gave lectures, there was no philosophy of the Book of Changes, so we could not choose the terms of the Book of Changes. Only use its unique Buddhist terms that can only be understood at that time.
The "color" mentioned in the Heart Sutra is the positive matter. "Empty" is a feminine substance. They are a pair of yin and yang: negative time and energy world and positive space material world.
Therefore, it can be understood that the cosmic yin and yang substances mentioned in the Book of Changes correspond to two cosmic things in the Heart Sutra. Photon is a spiritual thing with duality, half yin and half yang neutrality. "Color" permeates into "emptiness" through light, and the virtual particles of "emptiness" aggregate into particle matter by visiting the boundary, which is transformed into "color" (particle world).
This "theory of color emptiness" was first put forward by Buddhism. Until today, people still feel strange and difficult to understand, including the scientific and technological circles.
But for Yi-ology, it is not only easy to understand, but also the understanding of key laws. Their expressions are different, but their connotations are the same. We can compare their list of cosmic philosophy at a glance.

Third, material transformation and color space alternation With the expansion of the concept of matter-energy universe, the concept of speed will inevitably expand. According to the philosophy of Yin and Yang Theory, Yin and Yang matter must have the speed of Yin and Yang. The speed limit of positive particles is the speed of light, which Einstein's theory of relativity has made a positive conclusion. What about the negative substance? It should move faster than the speed of light, and the speed of light becomes its minimum. Once the speed of negative matter drops below the speed of light, its information wave will be aggregated into particles, and the particles will be transformed into positive matter. The transformation of matter and energy here is consistent with the color space alternation of the heart meridian.
Now let's arrange the steps of speed so as to explore the spiritual point of transformation.

Virtual, invisible and "empty"
The transformation of yin and yang is determined by the speed of light in the world. When the particle moves faster than the speed of light, it becomes a virtual information wave material (it should be called negative energy).
The color space transformation of the corresponding heart meridian is as follows:
"Color" is also "empty". As long as the color (visible matter) moves faster than the speed of light, "color" is transformed into "emptiness". On the contrary, as long as the polymerization of "empty" (wave energy) slows down and reaches below the speed of light, it will be transformed into "color" (a visible material phenomenon in the positive material world).
It seems that most things in the "three realms" belong to "color" substances. It is possible to return to the "empty" world-a bright and clean world. If one can cultivate one's mind, cultivate one's mind and see nature, and finally jump out of the three realms, then one can say "rainbow", "blur" and "light" and enter the ethereal realm (clean negative energy world), so as to get rid of the "sea of suffering" completely. Of course, this is not easy.
Fourthly, the philosophical language of Book of Changes and Heart Sutra is interesting and enlightening.
A. infinity-nothing
I think the origin of the universe is an infinite chaotic world, called "infinity"-it is empty and a real "sea of energy" in the air.
In the negative physics of Taiji Light, I named it negative energy-the imaginary information wave "ocean".
The meaning of "nothing" in Heart Sutra is generally like the artistic conception of "infinity".
Because of the philosophy of "everything changes color", we can understand that "everything is empty" is not empty. It can or may give birth to the material world of color. It is equivalent to being born in nothing-color is born in emptiness.
The concepts of infinity and nothingness are so similar and interesting.
B. Taiji-Sekong
Tai Chi consists of two kinds of instruments. The two organs are yin and yang, so they can correspond: the yin organ is "empty" and the yang organ is "color".
The column correspondence table is as follows: Yang instrument

Five, four elephants give birth to gossip, and gossip depicts all beings.
It's easy to learn Tai Chi and gossip. It can understand and manipulate the life curve (fortune) from birth to death in a Tai Chi cycle through eight directions.
So life can be understood and measured by the concept of gossip. (This belongs to Zhouyi prediction mathematical technology. )
Buddhism has a good name for people on earth called "sentient beings". Therefore, the description of people in the Book of Changes should be consistent with the description of all beings in Buddhism. It's a pity that the Heart Sutra doesn't give such a concrete description of life. While Zhou Wenwang and other sages groped for a set of magical numbers (divination) from Yi Li, specifically facing the life activity curve of all beings on the earth, making special predictions and describing the development law of life Taiji cycle.
As the saying goes, cultivate this life, and Buddha cultivates the afterlife. Buddhism, especially the Heart Sutra, seems to be very interested in "the great truth and the great practice". In the Heart Sutra, which is just 260 words, there is no mention of the scripture corresponding to the life password.
Perhaps it was the Buddha who, after "seeing all the five aggregates are empty", focused his attention on enlightening all living beings to "realize" the bright and clean world, and did not have to love bitterness (the world of color) or pursue any material and life predictions. Instead, use Prajna wisdom to enlighten all beings and create the world of mortals (repair the afterlife).
Perhaps the "life prediction" of all beings is not the task of the Heart Sutra. It may pursue the big goal of "all suffering". It should be noted that "prophecy" cannot overcome all the sufferings of all beings.
The mental method in the heart meridian can better treat the "heart disease" of all beings, which is the root of all suffering. Once you "follow Prajna Paramita without attachment", you can "stay away from upside down dreams", achieve "nirvana" and get rid of the suffering. What do you need to predict?
Of course, this is easy to say. How many sentient beings can reach this state and enter the Buddhist country?
It is normal that the higher the level of the true Buddha, the harder it is to achieve.
The Heart Sutra cannot lower the philosophical level because all beings are ignorant. The Book of Changes is the same. "People who really understand change are unpredictable." How many people can read the philosophy of the Book of Changes? Most people in Lian Dongfang mistakenly believe that the Book of Changes is equivalent to prophecy. They don't know that the Book of Changes is first of all a "heavenly book" that talks about the philosophy of the universe and describes the laws of time and space, just as the Heart Classic is a classic that describes the top laws of the universe with great wisdom.
You cannot become a Buddha without magic. It doesn't matter if all beings don't understand. Take your time. You can't become a Buddha without magic. Buddha is in my heart. Let's look for the "Buddhist country" in the Heart Sutra, which is our idea of interpreting and enlightening the Heart Sutra.
Can we realize that it is always better to approach the meditation world of the Heart Sutra through the philosophy of the Book of Changes?
If we say that "four images give birth to gossip, and gossip describes all beings", can we add "Heart Sutra makes people happy, and the heart opens all beings"?
Six, 8× 8 = 64 hexagrams, view the world.
The universe can generally refer to the life group society of the earth people. From the perspective of Buddhism, it seems that it can refer to the "three realms", namely, the color world, the color world and the achromatic world. It's probably like the time and space within the "five elements world" mentioned in the Book of Changes. All belong to the world.
So there is a saying that "jumping out of the three realms is not in the five elements".
Perhaps the Heart Sutra has such a guiding level of "jumping out of the three realms"-I understand it as an enlightened heavenly book of "transcending the mind".
Does the Heart Sutra with only 260 words have such far-reaching and extraordinary power?
In fact, the higher the level of truth, the simpler it is, word by word, sentence by sentence, a universal code. What's more, a large number of top cosmic philosophies can't be expressed in words at all. If you tell it with original information, all beings can't understand it at all, and they can't read it.
If the Book of Changes is a heavenly book to decipher the mysteries of the universe, can the Heart Sutra be said to be a Buddhist scripture to reveal the laws of the universe? They express the eternal law of the origin of the universe from different angles.
If that's the case, it's also great to try to read it today, or at least try to get a "first enlightenment".
Specifically, it is very interesting to see the world with sixty-four hexagrams.
What if we look at the world from the philosophy of the Heart Sutra? That would be more interesting and enlightened.
Most of the novellas in this book are about this kind of "watching movies". I hope someone will interpret the Heart Sutra and open your heart to see it. I suggest starting from "there is something outside the heart" and going to "see" the "empty" universe with "nothing outside the heart"-to clarify the truth of Buddhism. Maybe then we will be on the land of bliss.
Seven, spiritual function-the mantra of the heart sutra will inevitably lead to the concept of yin-yang function from the yin-yang of the Yi-ology.
Any function produced by the motion of a positive particle is called a positive function. Work and energy in modern physics research, including nuclear energy, are positive functions. Modern positive physics fails to recognize negative matter (they are always used to abstract and nonexistent psychological concepts). Therefore, it is inevitable to have negative functions. Taoism and Buddhism (such as spells) in the mysterious culture of the East are all negative functions, and the Heart Sutra says that "everything can be removed, which is true but not empty".
All the functions produced by the motion of the imaginary child of the negative information wave are called negative functions. For example, thinking waves, will, ambition, love, desire, passion, prayer, spells ... all virtual physical movements will have negative effects. Of course, these functions have not been received by scientific instruments composed of particles, but they can be received by the human brain. As long as the potential inside the human brain is induced, such as telepathy after cultivating the mind, it is completely acceptable.
We insist on calling negative function spiritual function because it can penetrate the spiritual world of light and enter the negative material world. But all this is beyond our mortal senses, and the instruments are powerless.
Only when "the line is deep and universal" and "the five connotations are empty" will the sixth sense appear and the negative effect will appear-this is the enlightenment of the Heart Sutra.
Therefore, the Heart Sutra points out that "Prajna paramita is mostly a great god, a great Ming, a supreme mantra, a curse of nothingness, etc." and "can remove all sufferings".
In other words, Heart Sutra is a classic with negative effects. It is a classic book that can inspire ordinary people to develop their potential and gain spiritual functions. It is really "true". No wonder there have been a large number of human miracles in ancient times and modern times. In fact, those phenomena all belong to the phenomenon that negative functions show signs in the dead world-what modern scientific circles call "unknown things".
Eight, "Book of Changes" and "Heart Sutra" have a world outlook of yin and yang.
