In accordance with the requirements of the "big account" of the balance of occupation and compensation, the Ministry has improved the assessment method of the balance of occupation and compensation of cultivated land, strengthened the daily monitoring and supervision of land consolidation projects on the basis of strictly supplementing the management of the reserve indicators of cultivated land, and made full use of the information technology such as "one map" of the comprehensive monitoring platform for remote sensing of land and resources to verify the supplementary transformed cultivated land and conduct spot checks when necessary; At the end of the year, all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) will summarize the relevant situation of construction occupation and supplementary cultivated land, form the assessment results, and incorporate them into the inspection and assessment contents of provincial cultivated land protection responsibility targets.
