What does Shui Danqing mean?

Shui Danqing refers to the traditional folk skills: tea and acrobatics.

Tea hundred plays, also known as tea points and water paintings, first appeared in the Tang Dynasty. It is a unique skill to use ground tea as raw material and clear water to change tea soup into patterns. A complete set of tea tricks has to go through more than a dozen processes, such as baking tea, crushing tea, rolling tea, waiting for soup, scalding tea, taking tea powder, mixing paste, injecting soup, beating and distributing tea.

Later, the floating notes were derived. Floating notes are a form of divination. Blank notes are placed on the surface of tea leaves, and patterns are displayed by the reaction between notes and tea leaves. It is an evolutionary divination method.
