One Piece: Predicting the future.

In the latest cartoon Cake Island, my aunt's second son Katakuli is so knowledgeable that he can simply see the future. Audio-visual color can predict the other party's next move, but Katakuri has practiced audio-visual color to a abnormal state. He should be the first person who can predict the short-term future by seeing and hearing (at least from animation).
