As a lover and learner of psychology, I have come into contact with some cases worth pondering:
A female college student can't trust her boyfriend. This is great for her. She is worried about whether her boyfriend is a playboy and will sweet-talk every woman. A beautiful young girl is always easily confused by a married middle-aged man. I know clearly that I shouldn't, but I have fallen into chaotic emotional entanglements again and again. Every time I finally get rid of it, I am shaken. I took the initiative to find the relationship I finally lost, and I was deeply immersed in my beloved self-feeling.
When a healthy and powerful young man quarrels or even fights with a stranger who has an appointment with Lu and Yu, he will feel deep fear and even doubt that his personal safety is not guaranteed. A wise mother, in the process of her child's growth, will be anxious when she encounters something beyond her expectation. A mature professional woman is always unable to devote herself wholeheartedly to her feelings. Even if her boyfriend is nice to her, she can't respond. When breaking up, her boyfriend asked her: What kind of man have you met before?
As for myself, once I meet someone who doubts or accuses me of my character and ability, I sometimes even make reasonable suggestions. I will feel very angry and express my emotions in a very strong way, whether it hurts others or my relationship.
In the process of growing up, each of us will encounter all kinds of troubles: physical illness, unsatisfactory study career, emotional troubles, where you will go, and so on. Even if these past injuries have become the past, they are deeply rooted in our consciousness, triggered and summoned in some scenes, causing new injuries to our present. So some people are upset, depressed and even suicidal.
Some people will seek help from a psychologist when the problem is serious, but they may not get the expected effect and find that the problem still exists. In fact, the main reason is that I don't realize the power of self-healing. Even through psychological counseling, only with the guidance and help of psychologists can we polish the mirror of the soul, discover the true self and heal the soul and soul.

So I began to study the method of self-healing. I found that self-healing is not a method, but an ability. How many methods I learn is just a skill. It takes constant practice to really master it.

When there is a little harm, we are eager to seek comfort, comparison and help, thus forgetting the energy of our existence. Life is a simple operation process, and inner spirituality has always been a simple state of existence. When people tend to seek help from the outside world, we will slowly lose our true selves.
However, some skills are also necessary. Through simple skills, we can find the way to get there. The following is my sharing:
Introspection can make us see ourselves better.
Some people will regret it immediately after quarreling with their partners. In the same sentence, calmly speaking, the effect is obviously different. The reason is known, why can't it be done at that time?
Life always has ups and downs, and emotions accompany every emergency. Every emotion has its source, and behind every symptom lies the past.
Starting today, we can start to train ourselves and examine our emotions.
The initial training can be conscious, and you can give yourself a fixed time every day to observe your emotions at this time of day. You can also start with different emotions. Here are some examples from different emotional observations:
Let's start when we are calm, when we are walking or relaxing in our minds, and nothing is left. Observe your heart and feel calm and peaceful. Tell yourself that I am calm and peaceful now.
Then let's start with emotions that can bring you positive energy. When you are happy, you are happy. Tell yourself that I am happy and why.
Finally, start with the emotions that bring you negative energy. For example, when I am angry, I tell myself in my heart that I am angry, I feel angry, and I want to hit people and swear. When you are sad, tell yourself that I am very sad and want to cry.
By constantly observing our emotions, we can feel the emotional energy flowing in the body, what kind of stimulation this energy can bring to our soul and body, and feel this stimulation.
When you can really observe your emotions, you find that you can set a happy point for yourself. When you feel uncomfortable, you can do these things that make you feel happy. And find the sustenance and belonging of the soul.
Meditation is a process of self-hypnosis and healing.
When you know yourself through observation, you know where you are now, and you are willing to work hard to change your life. Next, the key to healing is to go back to the painful events of the past and experience the pain of the past again. Because our experience of anger and sadness in the past is often interrupted, although the past has passed, our minds will reproduce the past again and again before the experience is over. Only after experiencing the emotion of this experience will we let go of the load in our hearts.
Most psychological theories support that personality is formed in childhood, and most injuries are concentrated in childhood. Some things that adults think are minor or irrelevant to children have caused deep harm to children. For example, don't let children cry, beat and scold children, parents are partial, parents have long been at odds, quarrel or even divorce.
Many people think that parents should be loved theoretically and parents should love themselves. However, because parents' unintentional injuries hindered the flow of this love, a deep and insurmountable gap was created between parents. This is because although we have grown up, there is still an injured child in our heart, resisting emotional communication with our elderly parents. Therefore, we can see that most people are filial to their parents in the spirit of "filial piety" rather than "loving" their parents.
We can go back to the past by practicing meditation, experience the pain again, and hug the injured child in our hearts. There are many ways to meditate, and everyone can find the most suitable method through hard work.
For example, you can think of a winding path or a small river. You can trace your past along this road or river, count your wounds and relive your emotions at that time. You can also imagine that memory is like a fog, as described in Harry Potter. You enter your past memories from the meditation basin.
Different from meditation, you go back to the past as a bystander and find yourself.
Meditation requires a quiet environment, with relaxing music and loose and comfortable clothes. To avoid falling asleep, try not to lie down. You can sit or meditate.
Give yourself a hint, such as counting from five to one, enter the deep potential state, and when you think it's time to end, count from one to five and end the whole exercise.
You may not see yourself at first, so try to look at the people and things that have hurt you in the past and observe quietly, from what you can remember to what you have forgotten or selectively forgotten; From easy to difficult ... just like picking onions, it takes time and process until you find yourself.
Some "inner children" are resistant, resistant to communication and closed. You can sit quietly and do nothing to accompany yourself and your emotions. Until the past, I let my guard down, walked out from behind the defense mechanism, started talking and even crying, hugged myself, told myself that I had suffered, thanked myself for my persistence, praised myself and accepted myself.
The most important thing in healing is the relationship with parents. Maybe you are fine with your parents now, maybe you don't live with your parents, maybe your parents have passed away, but the "injured child" is still in your heart. Need to go back to the past, re-experience, release the pain, and embrace the inner child with love!

Adults who want to have perfect children have been demanding their own perfection in their hearts and can't put their feelings into it because they have been deceived greatly. Every emotion has its origin, and there is a story behind every injury.
People and things that can't be let go in life need healing. Healing is to "reconcile" with your past self, say "thank you" to the past, and no longer bear the heavy burden of the past and affect your present life.
Self-healing is a process that requires patience with yourself. Sometimes I have experienced those painful things and feel that I can put it down and move on. After a while, I saw the man again and thought about it again, but I still couldn't get over it, so I had to continue this process, because the load was like pulling onions, and the outer layer was peeled off, and a deeper layer came out. When will the complete healing end? The memory is still there, but I don't bother you anymore, and the load is gone. This is a cure.
Healing can be complicated or simple! Healing can go back to the past and face the pain, or it can happen directly in the present! Those spiritual courses and healing methods are all helping us to have a happy and warm heart and return to the state of enjoying life naturally!
Life is a miracle. This earth is a playground. We came, passed by and left. The purpose of our trip is to have a good time.
