Side effects of Anka Huang Min capsule?

Anka Huang Min Capsule contains acetaminophen, caffeine and chlorphenamine maleate. Among them, acetaminophen (that is, paracetamol upstairs) is very harmful to liver and kidney. If it exceeds the normal dose, it will lead to methemoglobinemia. Children under 3 years old and newborns should avoid using it because of liver and kidney dysfunction. Caffeine, mild adverse reactions, can cause central excitement, restlessness, accelerated breathing, muscle twitching, tachycardia and so on. The main adverse reactions of chlorphenamine maleate are drowsiness, thirst, polyuria, sore throat, lethargy, fatigue, palpitation, ecchymosis and bleeding tendency.
