Mahjong competitions and all kinds of regular competitions in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government must use the cards examined or confirmed by the Social Sports Guidance Center of the State Sports General Administration.

First, mahjong tiles

There are 144 cards, 6 categories and 42 patterns.

The mahjong tiles used in the competition should be flat, solid and smooth, and the patterns and handwriting on the tiles should be clear and neat. The size, color and texture of the whole mahjong set should be uniform, and the color and texture of the back of each card should be consistent.

Third, dice

The area of the competition venue must be able to accommodate the athletes stipulated in the competition regulations to compete at the same time. The venue environment is quiet, clean, well ventilated and the room is bright. There must be no mirrors or any reflective objects behind the athletes. The illuminance above the desktop should be at least 100(Lx), and a safe evacuation passage should be set up to prevent accidents.

Second, the card table

The tabletop is square, with a side length of 80-95cm, moderate height, stability and firmness (recognized mahjong machine is also acceptable). If you use a wooden or stone table top, you should spread a tablecloth and a table mat with the same area as the table top, and the thickness should not be higher than 0.5 cm.

Third, the seat.

Each table is equipped with 5 seats (including judges' seats), and the size is suitable for the table.
