Professor Ni, born in Taiwan Province Province, China 1952, is known as the "wizard" of traditional Chinese medicine, and is well-known in medicine, Yi, Yin, Yang, wind and water, and enjoys a high reputation in Taiwan Province Province. Later, he moved to the United States and practiced medicine in the United States for more than 20 years. He used to be the doctoral supervisor of California University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the dean of Hantang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
