What does Bimo of Yi people mean?

Bimo is a sacrificial teacher who specializes in praising, praying and offering sacrifices to others.

During the flood, the gods sent three Bimo with the Book of Changes to save the people. Three bimos each rode a yellow ox with scriptures hanging from their horns. When crossing the flood in Wang Yang, they soaked the scriptures.

After Bimo came down to earth, he put the scriptures on the green branches to dry. The flying eagle scraped a few pages, stuck them on the green branches, and tore a few pages, so the Yi scripture was incomplete. When Bimo recited the scriptures, he used horns, claws and bamboo sticks as utensils to insert green branches on the altar, in order to make up for the shortcomings of the scriptures.
