Liang, a native of Hengyang, now lives in Guangzhou. Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts holds a postgraduate degree in calligraphy, a national first-class artist and a doctor of literature. He is currently the Deputy Secretary-General of the General Administration of Culture of the United Nations, the Executive Chairman of the Cultural Exchange Center of the World Chinese Business Association, and a visiting professor at Kiev International University and American International University. Original calligraphy has its own system, which is named by the state as Yijing calligraphy, Zhouyi calligraphy and Feng Shui calligraphy, and enjoys national copyright protection.

Liang studied calligraphy with his father at the age of five (his father is a famous calligrapher). Under the careful training of his father, Liang learned to write his name on couplets and recite the couplets at the age of nine. In 2007, Liang incorporated the Yin and Yang culture of the Yijing in China for 5,000 years into calligraphy, creating a unique geomantic calligraphy in the world. And officially named "Feng Shui Calligraphy" by the state, protected by national copyright and patent. In 2008, Jin Mu integrated fire, water and earth in the Book of Changes into calligraphy, creating a unique book named Liang Feng Shui.

Liang has been committed to charitable activities and has been well received by all walks of life. He has won the most collectible award, the most innovative art award, the most traditional culture award and outstanding contribution artist from the Ministry of Culture. His title was treasured by Ma Ying, He Houhua and Stanley Ho.
