Think of our Shen Shi family, rising from Wudi, and living in Chongyi County, Nan 'an Prefecture, Jiangxi Province for generations, with the place name Raohu Cave. His father, Shen Guangrui, and his mother, Shen, in the ugly year of Kangxi, moved their family to a place called Xiaojiagou outside Beiguan, Zhongjiang County, Tongchuan District, Sichuan Province, and opened a foundation to settle down. My parents gave birth to our five brothers.

My father died on February 18th, the 31st year of Qianlong. I was in the auspicious place of divination on August 12th, the 31st year of Qianlong, where my father was buried, on the south road of Santai County, Tanchuan Prefecture. Father's grave is in the direction of Ding Shangui (note 1). When my mother died, the auspicious place for divination was in the local territory, and the tomb was in the direction of Xingshan Party B (Note 2). This is the origin of Shen Shi's family and the burial place of his parents. Now engrave it on the tablet and record it for posterity to know for thousands of years.
