Was the Sixty-four Guas of Zhouyi created by Ji Chang?

Ji Chang didn't write the sixty-four hexagrams. At that time, what Wang Wen wrote was all gossip, and the sixty-four hexagrams were all calculated by later generations. It is not certain that they were written by one person. It probably took many people a long time to gradually improve into sixty-four hexagrams.
