In his later years, in order to read the Book of Changes, Confucius compiled Wei's three unique works and finally wrote Ten Wings. He once highly praised the Book of Changes. The most famous sentence is: Saint Fu Yi, with deep research. That is to say, Confucius thinks that the Book of Changes is the knowledge produced by the ancient sages of China after in-depth thinking and research on the universe.

On the contrary, Xunzi did not leave a record of his reading of the Book of Changes. Many viewpoints in his works came from the Book of Changes and even were directly quoted many times. It can be seen that Xunzi has read the Book of Changes at least many times.

Since the Book of Changes is a book containing divination, why do people who read the Book of Changes not do divination?

This sentence seems unreasonable. If a person is good at divination, he can rely on prediction to seize countless opportunities and seek endless benefits. There is no reason not to do divination.

It is true that after studying the Book of Changes, these two Confucian masters put forward the principle of not occupying and not anticipating.

"Good and easy scholars don't predict" is actually a realm, which is the highest realm of Yi learning.

This sentence means that when you learn to learn easily, you will naturally be familiar with the laws of the operation of everything in heaven and earth, and naturally know the ins and outs of things. So in this case, is it necessary to use divination? There is no need to go to divination when things happen. People who are good at barter know everything like the back of their hands, so why bother to do divination?

Yi studies focus on the laws of everything in the world. The essence of heaven is time, and the essence of earth is space. The universe is up and down, and the past is now. The ancestors only left the Book of Changes, which recorded their wisdom. Yijing is a divination work compiled by Jichang, a Xibe nationality, according to the wisdom of his ancestors.

The real connotation of the Book of Changes is to teach people to grasp the law of the development of things, so as to make correct judgments and achieve results that meet people's requirements. Anyone who has studied the Book of Changes deeply knows in his heart that everything in this world is fixed and cannot be forced. Why do you need divination? ?

So is life. If you go out to wrestle today, you may not go out at all to avoid wrestling. You can't do this and that. What's the meaning of life?

If everything is clear, then life is not without talk.

For example, people who do business have to do divination in everything, and they have developed the habit of divination in everything, losing their basic rational thinking and judgment ability. You should know that you don't do market research seriously, don't do in-depth research on projects, and listen to divination results completely. This is against the essence of the Book of Changes. Instead of predicting the future by divination, it is better to experience it yourself.

The so-called divination, its purpose is to seek good fortune and avoid evil, and when you want to seek good fortune and avoid evil, selfish thoughts already exist-once the thoughts are generated, it means that good fortune and bad fortune begin to appear. Because of selfish thoughts, divination is useless-not only inaccurate, but also easy to "mislead" if you don't understand it.

In fact, that's what Confucius meant when he said that it's easy for people not to predict. It is this concern for saints. We must understand the style and usage of Confucius' words.
