Potential desires. What do you mean?

A physical or mental desire for something or someone you desperately want. Sovereignty and ownership of choice.

But under the control of your reason, this desire has never been, or has never been expressed externally.

Sometimes, the potential desire may not even be known to yourself as a party.

But once it is shown to the outside world, it will usually be shown in a fierce way and become a "non-potential".
