It is a rare dish on the table and was once listed as a palace tribute. Peanuts produced in Dengjiahu and Xiaojiang rivers and lakes in Maliang area are thin-skinned, full-fruited, crisp and delicious, which should be the local characteristics of peanut varieties in Shayang County.
