Only smart people and white people who have never read books can spy on the secrets of the Book of Changes?

0 1- The Book of Changes, the first of the Six Classics, is one of the oldest classics in the cultural history of China. It is the general source of China culture and the beginning of a hundred schools of thought.

The Book of Changes is actually not a book, but a system, including Lianshan and Guizang in the emperor's era and Zhouyi in the Qin and Han Dynasties. Its content is all-encompassing and complicated. In the long river of time, it gradually absorbed the ideology and culture of ancient philosophy, natural science, social science and a hundred schools of thought contend, and became a unique cultural system.

I ching believes that everything in the world is constantly developing, and the "Tao" he expounded refers to this "natural" law. Therefore, the Book of Changes has developed three cores, which can be summarized as "simplicity", "change" and "difficulty" in six words.

Simplicity means that there are many complicated things in the world that are beyond people's understanding, but they can all be transformed into problems that people can easily understand and deal with through human wisdom; Variation refers to the ever-changing development of everything in the world; Difficulty means that under the premise that everything in the universe changes, there is only one constant thing, and that is the law of everything changing.

In addition to these three cores, the concepts of "Yin and Yang", "Five Elements" and "Eight Diagrams" have been developed. Because its expression is abstract, it sounds mysterious and mysterious.

In ancient China, due to the underdeveloped science, people's thoughts were full of feudal superstitions, such as ghosts and witchcraft, and they often communicated with heaven and earth through sacrifice and divination.

At the earliest time, Fuxi and Zhou Wenwang summed up the concepts of Tai Chi and Eight Diagrams by observing the operating rules of everything in the world, and put forward the idea of divining good and bad luck with hexagrams. * * * Sixty-four hexagrams and three hundred and eighty-four images, in which everything is, are the early Yi-ology system, which was later carried forward by Confucius.

At first, Confucius was not interested in the Book of Changes and thought it was just a divination book. With the gradual increase of life experience, Confucius gradually discovered the ideological and philosophical nature contained in the Book of Changes, and had certain logical reasoning ability.

So in his later years, Confucius began to study the Book of Changes and wrote the Book of Changes to elaborate and inherit its ideas. Confucius believes that the Book of Changes is full of "Tao" and "teaching", and pays attention to "reading the Book of Changes can examine its virtues and seek its virtues", and thus develops philosophical thoughts similar to Confucianism, such as being cautious in words and deeds, combining yin and yang, and animism.

Confucius' understanding and elaboration of the Book of Changes expanded the system of the Book of Changes, and made it rise from a book of divination and divination to the philosophical level, and established the position of the Book of Changes as the first of the four books and five classics of China culture.

02- Master's admonition There are many classic philosophical thoughts in the Book of Changes, which have been passed down to this day. For example, "Tian Xingjian, the gentleman strives for self-improvement, the terrain is rich, and the gentleman carries things with morality", which came from "Dry Elephant of Zhouyi" and was later cited as the school motto by Tsinghua University.

The general idea of this sentence is that the universe is constantly moving and powerful, so should gentlemen, who are eager to be powerful. Similarly, the earth is gentle and smooth, and a gentleman should also increase his virtue and be inclusive. Such great wisdom, jumping out of the secular framework and pursuing a higher spiritual realm was very rare at that time.

The four-word idiom "No, it's too late" that people often say also comes from the Book of Changes. The original text is: "No, it's bad for a gentleman's chastity, big or small." ...... "Tai, let's start small, Ji Heng." In fact, it tells a very simple truth about the development and change of things, that is, when adversity reaches its peak, it will turn into prosperity.

Equally famous is the idea of harmony between yin and yang in the Book of Changes. This language is the Book of Changes? On the copula: "One yin and one yang is the Tao, and those who follow it are good, and those who succeed are also people."

It means: the contradiction, opposition and unity of the change of Yin and Yang are the Tao or regularity of the development of things. What inherits this Tao is beauty and goodness, and what achieves this Tao is the inner essence of things. It can be seen that the Book of Changes has long seen through the basic laws of the development and change of things.

It seems that everyone should learn the Book of Changes, a book that combines philosophy and culture. However, the famous master of Chinese studies, Nan, objected to this. He advised young people not to learn the Book of Changes.

Master Nan is an intellectual who is a religious scholar, philosopher and sage. He is very devoted to the study of Buddhism and Yijing, and is proficient in Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. He also made many speeches and wrote many books, explaining Taoist classics. It is precisely because of the in-depth study of the Book of Changes that the old gentleman thinks that learning the Book of Changes requires certain conditions, and not everyone can do it. If you study blindly, it will not only benefit people, but may go astray.

Regarding the conditions for learning the Book of Changes, Mr. nan huaijin suggested that there are two kinds of people who can learn the Book of Changes. One is a first-rate smart person, and the other is a blank sheet of paper that has never read a book at all.

People in between, don't touch. Even if they insist on studying, it's better to learn only half, not to the end. Because if the Book of Changes reaches the bottom, people will become useless.

So, if you are not in these two categories, you'd better stay away from this subject.

03- Why can't I learn the Book of Changes? Master nan huaijin does not advocate young people to learn the Book of Changes. The first reason is that the knowledge contained in the Book of Changes is vast and involves all aspects of the field. Even if a person has nothing to do all his life, he can't finish learning.

Young people have limited time and energy. Instead of devoting limited time to infinite research, it is better to do other meaningful things.

Master nan huaijin's own personal experience also shows that we should study the Book of Changes carefully. He once watched the Book of Changes at night and was attracted by one question after another. He finally figured out a puzzle, and immediately fell into the next one, deeper and deeper, more and more puzzled. It is often a sleepless night, and it will dawn before you know it. Therefore, Master Nan once said with emotion, "I don't know how many things have happened since spring, just sitting in a small window watching Zhouyi".

Second, I ching is a metaphysical philosophy. Without great wisdom, learning the Book of Changes can easily make you plunge into geomantic numerology, yin and yang and five elements, divorced from real life, and live too unreal and ungrounded.

Especially for young people, it is the vigorous stage of life, and they should embrace life and contribute to society. At this time, learning such a profound philosophy and thinking about metaphysical spiritual theory all day can not only make you youthful, but also lead to sleepiness.

In addition, the study of the Book of Changes requires great wisdom, not only dialectical thinking, but also profound life experience and knowledge reserve. These are difficult for young people to have.

If you learn the Book of Changes with a little knowledge, it is easy to go astray. Either you think that the Book of Changes is equivalent to a speech in your life, you think that you have seen through the "secret", or you can infer gossip at will and go astray. Actually, it's all self-deception

Third, for young people, it is better to take life seriously than to immerse themselves in theoretical knowledge. Master Nan Huai Jin has a tendency to irritate young people. He tries to temper his mind from trivial matters in daily life.

For example, do a proper job, behave yourself at work, don't complain all day, do nothing, and live in an illusory fantasy world. Whether practicing or learning "Yi-ology", we must first change our habits and assist in continuous practice. The most precious thing for young people is self-reliance. They can stand on their own feet as soon as possible, and naturally they will gradually give birth to wisdom.

Indeed, reading and doing research are all about learning theoretical knowledge, but the real "Yi" is actually what we say and do in our lives. Living well and doing well is actually learning the truth of "Yi".

This is also the reason why Master nan huaijin admired Confucianism, because Confucianism combined metaphysical truth with real life and enabled people to apply it in real life. Therefore, instead of learning the Book of Changes, young people should learn to be human first, which is the correct way to get started.

The splendid culture has spread to today and naturally has its charm. But learning such profound knowledge is not an easy task.
