I want to learn divination and geomantic omen in the future, but now I still have to lay the foundation, and the teacher is not in a hurry to choose.

The most basic thing is to learn the theory of five elements first, and make clear the dry branches, ten gods, six relatives, najia, evil spirits, punishment and so on. It is suggested to find a manuscript introducing the life of Benyuan Haiziping or Li Qian.

Then there is what you have to learn.

In divination, you can choose one or two mainstream schools, namely Liu Yi and Yimei. People should choose one of the suggestions first. At a certain level, you will find that you have to learn others, and then you will know how to learn.

There are many schools of Feng Shui. Personally, I suggest that we should start with Feng Shui in Yang Gong, Zhongzhou, and then we will naturally know that we should contact some contents such as Sanhe, Bazhai and Kong Xuan.
