Plan to make two red monsters (16 ontology). Phoenix/Gemini+succubus is better, but it needs two 30 exclusive ones.

In fact, all civilians except Phoenix can choose to raise white slowly. Functionality determines that Phoenix is a Gemini whose teammates can't stand up to C, while succubus is a different tool.
