It's a BUG that Genshin Impact Haizuo's heart can't get in after his death. This is a plot task. If you die halfway, you need to call again. You can step back and re-enter the task. Find the following methods:

1. First, the player should come to the teleport point shown in the map of Haitang Island, and then move to the position shown by the arrow below.

You can see a waterfall in this position, and there is a crooked tree in the middle of the waterfall. Just remember this landmark.

3. The player enters from this entrance on the platform where the crooked tree is located. This platform is the cave of the sea otter's heart.
