Where does Maoshan in Jintan belong?

Maoshan is a mountain peak located at the junction of Changzhou and Zhenjiang, Jintan and Jurong County, which is divided into two parts: Jurong Maoshan and Jintan Maoshan. Maoshan in Jintan is located in the west of Changzhou, which is bigger than the mountains in Jurong. The main peak, Damao Peak, is 372.5 meters above sea level. The natural scenery here is endless, and there are many beautiful reservoirs under the mountain. Maoshan is famous for its Taoist culture, and it is the birthplace of Taoist Shangqing School. It has the reputation of "Xianfu in Qin and Han Dynasties and Prime Minister in Liang and Tang Dynasties". There are Maoshan Taoist Temple, Gan Yuan Temple and Jinniu Cave on the mountain.

1. Bus: Take the long-distance bus from Changzhou Bus Station to Maoshan; Or take a bus to Jintan North Station and take a shuttle bus from North Station to Maoshan.

2. Self-driving: Start from Nanjing, go along the National Highway 104, pass Maqun and Tangshan, reach Jurong, then go along the National Highway of Ning Hang to Houbai Town, turn left, go in the direction of Maoshan, reach the central turntable of Maoshan Town, and turn right for 2 kilometers to the south gate of Maoshan Scenic Area; Take Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway from Shanghai, get off at Jurong Exit, cross Wulidun Toll Station, and follow the road signs to Maoshan Scenic Area.
