What spoon is better for non-stick pan?

If it is coated, you can only use a wooden spoon or shovel. It is not recommended to use ceramic because the coated pot can't be used. I know that the uncoated non-stick pan can be made of any material, which is physically non-stick, just like lotus leaves. I use a non-stick pan imported from Korea, which is physically non-stick, uncoated and made of 304 stainless steel.
