He has two characters, one is four, and the other is Dudac, who are collectively called Duan Laoren and Fuxizi, and Yao Daoyan. Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other places from Pingjiang Road in Zhongshu Province (Suzhou House in the south) to Changzhou County (now Suzhou City in Jiangsu Province). China was a political figure, a Buddhist monk and a poet in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty, and he was one of the counselors in the Jing Nan Campaign of Emperor Taizong of Ming Dynasty. It is such a legendary figure that often appears as an important historical role in novels, operas and film and television works. Why do you call him a "black-robed demon monk"?

Yao was born in a doctor's family. At the age of fourteen, he shaved his hair and became a monk. Studied Tiantai and Tantric successively. Finally, he converted to Zen Buddhism and Lin Ji. His dharma name is Daoyan, and he is called Zen Master Duan Daoyan. He worshipped the Taoist priest's seat and learned his yin and yang techniques and divination. Once studying in Songshan Temple, a fortune teller named Yuanxun said, "How can there be such a special monk?" ! The eyes are triangular, the posture is like a sick tiger, and the nature is bound to kill. That's a figure like Liu! Tao Yan was overjoyed when he heard this. It can be seen that Yao is an ambitious man, not an ordinary monk.

After Zhu Yuanzhang's death, just after Ming Huidi and Zhu Yunwen succeeded to the throne, they started a large-scale separatist movement. The kings of Zhou, Xiang, Qi, Dai and Min were either convicted, deposed or forced to commit suicide. The situation is very serious. Therefore, Taoist Yan and Shang both persuaded them. Judy said, "People's hearts support their courts. What can we do? " Yan Tao said: "I only know Heaven, so why discuss people's hearts!" Ancient Confucianism and Buddhism have always been incompatible. In the eyes of Confucian intellectuals, it is understandable that the emperor believes in Buddhism and worships Taoism, but it is absolutely intolerable for Confucian intellectuals to associate Buddhism and Taoism with state affairs.

Moreover, in his later years, Yao wrote a book, Tao, which specifically resisted Neo-Confucianism, causing people's disdain at that time. Going back to his hometown to visit relatives and friends, he went to Changzhou to visit his sister, but her sister closed her eyes. Wang went to visit his friend Wang Bin, drove him away and shouted, "The monk is wrong, the monk is wrong." So Yao ran to his sister, who scolded him again. Xiaoguang realized the taste of being alienated and unhappy. However, Yao achieved great success in his life and held a high position. At that time, no one dared to touch him, even after his death. Only in unofficial history's records can he be called a "black-robed demon monk". I think this is the reason for the title of demon monk. Come on.
