Is the ink turtle a scarab or a pearl turtle?

The most obvious difference with the grass turtle is that most of the head is covered with straight white stripes, while the pattern of the grass turtle is relatively complicated when looking at the back of the neck. There are black and white patches on the navel of the tortoise, and there are not many black spots, but the black spots on pearl turtle's navel are very regular.
