In other words, it is to strengthen the practice of personal virtue and make up for the deficiency of the external five forms with the five elements of benevolence, courtesy, faithfulness, righteousness and wisdom, or to get the body of the external five forms, it is necessary to have the mutual assistance of the internal five elements in order to give full play to its characteristics and functions. Otherwise, only the external five-shaped body, without the internal five-element virtue, can achieve great development, but it will not last long.
