How is the crystal transparent dice blurred?

The method comprises the following steps:

Copy a layer on the basemap, Gaussian blur it, then create a new layer, draw the selection according to the range to be blurred, fill it, and then add the mixed option of projection and stroke, and the filling transparency is 0%.

Press ctrl to click the thumbnail at the top to get the fuzzy selection, return to the second layer to deal with the fuzzy layer, and click New Channel.
