Tarot cards belong to one of the mysteries, which originated from the Book of Death in Egypt and gradually evolved into what it is now in the course of history.

Generally speaking, religion, especially Abrahamic religion, is absolutely opposed to divination and mysticism. Islam, as one of Abraham's religions, does not allow believers to use tarot cards, so it does not belong to the concept of religion.
